A single telephone number provides you instant access to our 24 hour, 7 days a week national Security Response Centre. Commando Security has one of the industry’s skilled team, of trained technicians, ensuring that assistance is always available.

If an alarm is triggered and is not disarmed by entering your passcode, a Service Response Centre representative will call your premises to determine whether the alarm is genuine and the type of assistance you require.

Calling your premises first helps in determining whether the alarm requires the Emergency Services to attend.

By assess the situation we will dispatch our patrol guard for checking your premises, identifying the reason for the activation and where possible reset the system. We will carry out the service required in accordance with a bespoke response plan and keep you informed of any action taken. Our rapid response officers are highly trained to complete a full range of security duties and other services on our clients’ premises.
