Brg. Gen (Rtd) Kayes is a highly experienced and skilled person in Security and Anti-Terrorism , he had served for Army 33 years. During his defence period he had performed UN Military Observer duty in Cambodia (UNTAG) & UN Military Observer (Deputy Chief of Operation) in Liberia (UNOMIL).

Brigadier General (Rtd) SHAIFUL, (NDC, PSC) :

Brg. Gen (Rtd) Shaiful is also a highly experienced and skilled person in Security, Infantry Brigades and Anti-Terrorism, he had served for Army 34 years. He is an ‘honour graduate’ of Infantry Officers’ Advance Course 4-84 of the US Army Infantry School, Fort Benning, GA, USA. He was the Defence Attaché in Kuwait with concurrent accreditation to Bahrain and Qatar from 2001 to 2005 which covered the 2nd Gulf War.
